Still my issue not resolved

Worse institute they took my money and refuse to refund it,  i was not aware about refund policy and. No one informed me that before registration i registered for offline classes for social media marketing course I tried 2 trainer was not good classes when I asked for cancellation they tried to convince me to take online classes but I don’t want online as I paid for offline they mentioned they have refund policy so they can’t refund the amount

We can’t validate a trainer by just one session anyone can do their best in first session to let you pay and then u don’t have any other choice either to accept  whatever trainer you have or to leave your money which is huge amount which is not fair if someone not satisfied should have the right to choose

No one responds to my email i paid through tabby and first installment already taken I told them I don’t want the first installment but at least return the remaining amount to tabby but no one care they just mentioned below to contact us directly  with no point
